RB 51/2010 – Resolution of the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE on conversion of 1 761 241 AmRest Holdings SE registered shares into bearer shares

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“the Company”) informs, in regards to RB 31/2010, that in result of a request by a shareholder WP Holdings VII B.V. (“the Shareholder”) the resolution on conversion of 1 761 241 Company’s series 5 registered shares, owned by the Shareholder, into bearer shares was adopted on 26th August 2010.
