RB 48/2013 Transactions on AmRest shares made by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 19th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- purchase of 109 AmRest shares on June 27th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00,

- sale of 109 AmRest shares on July 15th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 89.22,

- purchase of 4101 AmRest shares on July 17th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
