RB 48/2007 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Supervisory Board

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that the Company received the notice from the Member of AmRest Supervisory Board, Mr. Donald Kendall Sr., about the purchase transaction of AmRest shares dated 27 July 2007. The transaction was concluded outside of regulated market on the basis of a civil law sale contract and includes the purchase of 108,640 AmRest shares at average price PLN 130.00.
