RB 47/2007 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that the Company received the notice from the Member of AmRest Management Board, Mr. Henry McGovern, about the purchase transaction of AmRest shares dated 27 July 2007. The transaction was concluded outside of regulated market on the basis of a civil law sale contract and includes the purchase of 108,640 AmRest shares at average price PLN 130.00.

At the same time Mr. Henry McGovern informed that he expects a further purchase to be concluded in due course. As a result of the above described purchase and the further purchase Mr. Henry McGovern expects that his total stake in AmRest share capital will exceed 8%.
