RB 46/2012 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on November 16th, 2012 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 2000 AmRest shares on November 12th, 2012 at PLN 78.00 per share.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
