RB 46/2007 Purchase of shares by the person with an access to the confidential information

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that the Company received the notice from the person with an access to the confidential information about the purchase transaction of AmRest shares dated 27 July 2007. The transaction was finalized during the session and includes the purchase of 1,221 AmRest shares at average price PLN 122.50.
