RB 44/2009 Sale and purchase of shares by a person placed at the list of people having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from a person who is placed at the list of people having access to confidential information of AmRest about sale of 3,588 AmRest shares, between 18 and 19 December 2009, at average price of PLN 76.58. Simultaneously this person informed about a purchase of 1,000 AmRest shares, at average price of PLN 80.00, on 21 December 2009.

All the above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
