RB 44/2007 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that the Company received the notice from the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company about the purchase transaction of AmRest shares dated 23 July 2007. The transaction was finalized off the session and includes the purchase of 1,000 AmRest shares at average price PLN 131.30.
