RB 43/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 12th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 1 671 AmRest shares on July 9th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 85.10.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
