RB 41/2010 Selection of an auditor for the examination and review Company’s financial statements

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest"or the" Company") announces that on 22.06.2010, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in accordance with clause 12.1 d) of Company’s statue and with the applicable regulations and professional standards, adopted a resolution concerning the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z.o.o. based in Warsaw, Al. Armii Ludowej 14, entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements, position #144th, as auditor for the examination and review the annual and semiannual stand alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company and the capital group AmRest Holdings SE for the year 2010 and subsequent years.

AmRest has been using services of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
