RB 40/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 9th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of:

- 8 237 AmRest shares on July 5th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 85.20,

- 10 334 AmRest shares on July 8th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 85.62.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
