RB 39/2006 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that on the 20th of November 2006 AmRest received the notice from the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company about the purchase transaction of AmRest shares dated 15 November 2006. The transaction was finalized within the stock option plan, outside the regulated market and includes the purchase of 5,600 AmRest shares at average price PLN 22,86.
