RB 38/2015 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on April 8th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 2 065 AmRest shares on April 2nd, 2015. The shares were transferred free of charge as a result of exercising AmRest management options. The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked.
