RB 38/2010 Disclosure of Shareholding – BZ WBK AIB TFI (11.79%)

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by Arka BZ WBK TFI (“WBK”) that as a result of registration by the registry court on 10th June increase in the share capital of the Company (RB 30/2010), WBK became holder of a total of 2 230 427 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 11.79% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles them to 2 230 427 votes, i.e. 11.79% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, WBK had 2 230 427 votes, i.e. 15.72% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
