RB 38/2009 Sales revenues in the third quarter of 2009

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that the preliminary sales revenues generated by the AmRest Group in the third quarter of 2009 amounted to PLN 485.4 million, what is the 12.2% increase compared with the corresponding period of 2008. In the third quarter of 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 432.8 million.

In view of the above the preliminary Q3’YTD 2009 total sales revenues amounted to 
PLN 1 529.9 million and increased by 62.7% compared with the corresponding period of of 2008. In Q3’YTD 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 940.4 million. 

The 2009 third quarter sales amount consist of the sales generated by AmRest restaurants operating in Europe (PLN 321.3 million) and in US (PLN 164.2 million). The results of restaurants operating in US are consolidated in AmRest Group results starting from the third quarter 2008.
