RB 37/2013 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 5th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 1000 AmRest shares on July 4th, 2013, at the price of PLN 82.81.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
