RB 36/2011 The uniform text of the Company’s Statute

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“the Company”) with the registered office in Wroclaw, Plac Grunwaldzki 25-27, in accordance with par. 38 clause. 1 item 2b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 publicly discloses the content of the uniform text of the Company’s Statute agreed on by the resolution of the Management Board of the Company of 8 July 2011, which has been drawn up including amendments introduced by the resolution of the Management Board of the Company of 28 June 2011.
