RB 35/2010 Disclosure of Shareholding – ING OFE (14.93%)

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by ING OFE (“ING”) that as a result of registration by the registry court on 10th June increase in the share capital of the Company (RB 30/2010), ING became holder of a total of  2 822 812  shares in AmRest, which constitutes 14.93% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles them to 2 822 812 votes, i.e. 14.93% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, ING had 2 822 812 votes, i.e. 19.90% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
