RB 34/2011 Purchase of shares by a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on 17th June 2011 it received a notice from a member of the Supervisory Board of AmRest, about a purchase of 50 000 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 79.396.
