RB 34/2008 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from the Member of the Management Board of the Related Company, Mr. Zbigniew Cylny, about the SCM Sp. z o.o. (“SCM”) purchase of 18,471 AmRest shares, on the 27 May 2008, at average price PLN 86.20.

Mr. Zbigniew Cylny is the Member of the SCM Management Board and is in the possession of 50% share of SCM. AmRest is an owner of 45% of SCM.  The transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
