RB 33/2013 Completion of the Share Purchase Agreements - AmRest TAG S.L.

In relation to RB 23/2013 dated June 8th, 2013 and RB 27/2013 dated June 25th, 2013, AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about closing (“The Closing”) on June 28th, 2013 of the transaction of Share Sale and Purchase Agreements described in the mentioned reports.

As the result of the Closing AmRest acquired remaining 183 300 shares of AmRest TAG S.L. (“The Company”) for the total purchase price of  2 338 007 EUR and became a 100% shareholder of the Company.
