RB 33/2007 Acquisition of Pizza Nord

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. is pleased to inform that the acquisition of OOO Pizza Nord has been concluded on terms and conditions similar to those described in the Regulatory Announcement RB 20/2007 from 21st May 2007.
