RB 32/2012 Disclosure of Shareholding – BZ WBK TFI

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by BZ WBK TFI acting on behalf of Arka BZ WBK FIO, Arka BZ WBK Akcji Środkowej i Wschodniej Europy FIZ, Arka Prestiż Specjalistycznego FIO oraz Credit Agricole FIO („the Funds”)  that as a result of sale on 7th August 2012 the Funds became a holder of a total of 899 247 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 4.24% of the Company’s registered capital and entitles the Funds to 899 247 votes, i.e. 4.24% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, the Funds had 1 060 695 shares, in AmRest, which constituted 5.000002% of the Company’s registered capital and entitled WBK to 1 060 695 votes, i.e. 5.000002% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
