RB 31/2012 Disclosure of Shareholding – BZ WBK Asset Management

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by BZ WBK Asset Management (“WBK”) that as a result of sale on 8th August 2012 the clients of WBK became holders of a total of 1 012 927 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 4.77% of the Company’s registered capital and entitles to 1 012 927 votes, i.e. 4.77% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, the clients of WBK had 1 158 927 shares, in AmRest, which constituted 5.46 % of the Company’s registered capital and entitled to 1 158 927 votes, i.e. 5.46 of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
