RB 30/2008 The purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board

AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from the Member of the AmRest Management Board, Mr. Henry McGovern, about the Metropolitan Properties International Sp. z o.o. (“MPI”) purchase of 21,225 AmRest shares, on the 21 May 2008, at average price PLN 93.9989

Mr. Henry McGovern is the Member of the MPI Management Board. The transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
