RB 293/2017 Resignation from the function of the member of AmRest Holdings SE Management Board

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 27th, 2017 from Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński the resignation from the function of the member of AmRest Management Board, effective  December 28th, 2017. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Mr. Mroczyński served as the Company's Chief Strategy Officer.
