RB 274/2017 Notification of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on November 27th, 2017 a notice from Mr. Olgierd Danielewicz - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about a sale of 20 000 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 370.00 per share executed on November 24th, 2017. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
