RB 27/2011 – Resolution of the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE on conversion of 2 271 590 AmRest Holdings SE bearer shares series 7 and 8 into registered shares

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“the Company”) informs, that in result of a request by a shareholder WP Holdings VII B.V. (“the Shareholder”) the resolution on conversion of 2 271 590 Company’s bearer shares series 7 and 8, owned by the Shareholder, into registered shares was adopted on 24th May 2011.
