RB 26/2007 Disclosure of shareholding

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. announces that on 29 May 2007 it was notified that as a result of a share sale transaction settled on 25 May 2007, AIG Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny became holder of a total of 583,238 shares in AmRest Holdings N.V., which constitutes 4.32% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles to 583,238 votes, i.e. 4.32% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.

Prior to the transaction AIG OFE held a total of 693,238 shares in AmRest Holdings N.V., which constituted 5.14% of the Company’s initial capital and entitled to a total of 693,238 votes, i.e. 5.14% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.
