RB 221/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 15th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 252 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 194.00 per share executed on December 10th, 2015. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
