RB 19/2011 Disclosure of Shareholding – WP Holdings VII B.V. (32.99%)

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by a shareholder, WP Holdings VII B.V. (“WP”) that as a result of registration by the registry court on 8th April (final registration 22th April) increase in the share capital of the Company (RB 16/2011), WP became a holder of a total of  6 997 853  shares in AmRest, which constitutes 32.99% of the Company’s share capital and entitles to 6 997 853 votes, or 32.99% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
 
Prior to the change, WP had 4 726 263 shares in AmRest, which constituted 24.96% of the Company’s share capital and entitled WP to 4 726 263 votes or 24.96% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
