RB 189/2016 Notification of transaction on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 6th, 2016 a notice from Mr. Mark Chandler - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about a sale of
1 000 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 268.00 per share executed on December 2nd, 2016. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
