RB 18/2016 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on May 4th, 2016 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- a sale of 1 300 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 223.40 per share executed on April 29th, 2016,

- a sale of 843 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 223.25 per share executed on May 2nd, 2016.

 The transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
