RB 18/2012 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on June 22th 2012 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 1500 AmRest shares, on June 14th 2012, at the average price of PLN 71.97. All the above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
