RB 18/2008 Change of the date of publication of Consolidated Annual Report for 2007

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”), with reference to RB 5/2008 dated 18 January 2008, informs that the date of publication of Consolidated Annual Report for 2007 has been moved to 30 April 2008. The initial date of publication of the report was 28 March 2008. The change has been caused by a delay in the finalization of the first IFRS year-end audit of our Russian business. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
