RB 164/2015 Information on Candidates to AmRest Supervisory Board

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, the “Company”) informs that in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for September 21st, 2015  one of the Company’s  shareholders, FCapital Dutch B.V., proposed on September 17th, 2015 the following candidates to the Supervisory Board: Mr. Jose Pares Gutierrez, Mr. Luis Miguel Alvarez Perez and Mr. Steven Kent Winegar Clark.

The biographies of the candidates are attached to the regulatory announcement.

Above mentioned candidates expressed their consent to be candidates to the Supervisory Board of AmRest.
