RB 143/2015 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on August 25th, 2015 a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a purchase of 1 978 AmRest shares on August 24th, 2015. The shares were transferred free of charge as a result of exercising AmRest management options. The transaction was executed outside the regulated market.
