RB 143/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on December 29th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 5 200 AmRest shares on December 22nd, 2014, at the average price of PLN 65.38 PLN.

The transaction was executed outside the regulated market, being execution of AmRest management options.
