RB 14/2008 Final Agreements with Tetra

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”), with reference to RB 62/2007 dated 12 October 2007, informs that AmRest signed the final agreements, the Asset Purchase Agreement and the Termination Fee Agreement, regarding 9 Rostik’s–KFC restaurants operated by OOO Tetra in Russia.

The total transaction price including both agreements amounts to USD 12 million. The Termination Fee Agreement assumes that the amounts regarding particular restaurants will be made through separate escrow account and final payments will be released once the lease rights, regarding particular restaurants, are transferred from Tetra to AmRest.

Given the above currently in Russia AmRest operates the total of 49 restaurants, including 31 Rostik’s-KFC and 18 Pizza Hut restaurants.
