RB 14/2007 Opening of the first Burgerg King restaurant

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that on the 3rd of May 2007 the first Burger King restaurant, the new restaurant brand operated by AmRest, was opened in Warsaw.

The addition of Burger King represents the extra reinforcement of AmRest position in the Quick Service Restaurant sector. Burger King is the second largest quick service restaurant chain in the world. Currently, there are over 11 thousand Burger King restaurants in over 65 countries.

The Burger King restaurants will be opened and operated by AmRest in accordance with the agreements signed with Burger King Europe GmbH – Development Agreement (RB 5/2007 dated 8th March 2007) and Franchise Agreement (RB 6/2007 dated 8th March 2007).
