RB 140/2017 Notifications of exercise of AmRest stock options by person discharging managerial responsibilities and person closely associated with her

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on June 8th, 2017 notices about exercise of AmRest stock options from following persons: 

- Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel - person discharging managerial responsibilities, La Tagliatella President,

- Mr. Jose Manuel Maestro Garcia-Donas - person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities - Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel, La Tagliatella President.
