RB 136/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on August 18th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 258 AmRest shares on August 14th, 2015, at the price of PLN 177.00.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
