RB 13/2011 Purchase of shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on April 4th 2011 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 1555 AmRest shares, on March 30th – April 4th 2011, at the average price of PLN 77.10.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
