RB 1/2013 Disclosure of Shareholding – PTE PZU S.A.

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that on January 2nd, 2013 it was notified by PTE PZU S.A. acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU („the Funds”) that as a result of a purchase executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on December 18th, 2012 the Funds became a holder of  2 779 734 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 13.10% of the Company’s registered capital and entitles the Funds to 2 779 734 votes, i.e. 13.10% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the transaction, the Funds had 2 662 209 shares in AmRest, which constituted 12.55% of the Company’s registered capital and entitled to 2 662 209 votes, i.e. 12.55% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
