RB 113/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on December 2nd, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 2702 AmRest shares on November 25th, 2013, at the price of PLN 24.00. The settlement date was November 26th, 2013.

The above mentioned transaction was executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
