RB 11/2009 Change of the date of publication of Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q4 2008

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”), with reference to RB 5/2009 dated 30 January 2009, informs that the date of publication of Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q4 2008 has been moved to 1 March 2009.
