RB 10/2012 Disclosure of Shareholding – BZ WBK TFI

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by BZ WBK TFI (“WBK”) that as a result of sale on 24th February 2012 WBK became a holder of a total of 1 020 331 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 4.81% of the Company’s registered capital and entitles WBK to 1 020 331 votes, i.e. 4.81% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, WBK had 1 063 703 votes, i.e. 5.01% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
