RB 10/2012 Correction of RB 10/2012 Disclosure of Shareholding – BZ WBK TFI

Correction due to the incorrect name of the entity changing shareholding in AmRest Holdings SE. The corrected text of the regulatory announcement below.

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by BZ WBK TFI (“WBK”), representing Arka BZ WBK FIO (“the Fund”) that as a result of sale on 24th February 2012 the Fund became a holder of a total of 1 020 331 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 4.81% of the Company’s registered capital and entitles the Fund to 1 020 331 votes, i.e. 4.81% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.

Prior to the change, the Fund had 1 063 703 votes, i.e. 5.01% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
