Correction RB 30/2019 Transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of stock options plan

Correction due to accidental omission in regulatory announcement RB 30/2019 of disposal transaction of 8 091 shares dated December 2nd, 2019 and, as a result, giving improper total number of own shares and votes on the AGM held by AmRest after the transaction. The correct content of the regulatory announcement is as follows:

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs about transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of the stock options plan executed by the Company outside the regulated market between November 29th and December 12th, 2019. AmRest disposed in total 31 303 own shares representing 0.0143% of the Company’s registered capital.
