RB 86/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 3rd, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 3 210 AmRest shares on October 1st, 2013, at the average price of PLN 48.40.

The above mentioned transaction was executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
